Reflecting on the experience via Instagram, the 43-year-old actress expressed gratitude for the opportunity, calling it part of her “post-Baker era” and highlighting the joy of portraying a “math nerd with a heart of gold.” Hawk also thanked casting directors, her talent team, and fellow cast and crew members for their support, celebrating the positive energy on set. The appearance marks her first major TV role since the December 2024 Blue Bloods series finale, where she bid farewell to the beloved Baker character alongside Tom Selleck and the rest of the cast.
