Katherine Bell, born on August 14, 1968, in London, England, is a British-American actress best known for her television roles, particularly as Lieutenant Colonel Sarah McKenzie on the hit series JAG, which aired from 1997 to 2005 and cemented her status in Hollywood.
Moving to Los Angeles at the age of two, Bell initially pursued biomedical engineering before discovering her passion for acting, making her debut in the sitcom Sugar and Spice and gaining early recognition with the 1994 film Men of War.
